Payment Procedures

Please identify yourselves with the various payment methods and procedures before consulting us. If you are still unsure which method to use, do not hesitate to contact us.

We currently have several methods of payments which cater for our national and international customers.

We accept payments made through the following official and secure electronic payment facilities.

- Bank Transfer (directly into our account)
- Banker’s Draft/Cheque (issued from your Bank)
- Visa Credit Card / Mastercard Credit Card
- ICICI Bank Transfer
- Moneybookers.com
- Moneygram International
- Western Union


With payments via a money transfer through Bank Transfer, ICICI Bank, Moneybookers, Moneygram and Western Union, at checkout, you agree to follow the payment procedure set out under the relevant method.

Sign into your account on our website, select your items and go to checkout. At checkout select your method of payment to complete your order. At this point although you have not sent your money, the order will be saved under your account for 7 working days. Your items at checkout will also be reserved for you for a maximum of 7 days. You will need to contact us to let us know whether you have made your payment for the items and we will await the funds to enter our bank account. For certain methods, e.g. Western Union, you will need to send us a verification number. This usually verifies the payment has been made by you to us. Once the funds are verified, we will process and ship your order as soon as possible.

Detailed information about each of the payment methods:

1) Bank Transfer

- Log into your account on ManiZone.co.uk
- Shop and add your desired items to your Shopping Cart
- Confirm your order at check out
- At the payment method section, select ‘Bank Transfer payment’. This will reserve your item under your customer account and calculate the total cost of the order.
- We will send you an automated email with our International Bank Account Number (IBAN); this is an international standard for identifying bank accounts across national borders and relevant bank details. This email will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep this information safe.
- Take this information to your local bank and ask the cashier/teller to send us a transfer for the total value of the order. Please ensure that any additional costs charged to you, by your bank for sending this transfer must be paid by you. Charges for transfers may vary from different banks.
- You must email us to advise you have sent your payment. Payment must be made within 7 days of making your order. Email us to let us know payment has been made so we can anticipate and verify we have received it in our account. Failure to meet this time limit will result in your order being cancelled and your item will no longer be reserved for you.
- Your order is on hold and will be processed once your full payment is approved and confirmed.

To make a bank transfer payment you are still required to sign in to our site and follow through the system, to select your desired item(s). At checkout you will receive our Bank Account information.

Please copy and paste the Bank Account information or print the page out. If you have lost the information email us and we will send this over again by email. Only until your payment is received in full, can we begin to process and arrange delivery of your order.

2) Banker’s Draft

This method of payment allows you to send a cheque from your local bank, after paying them the total sum of your order value. Most high-street banks can issue a banker's draft to existing customers for a small fee. A cheque from the bank will be written on your behalf. All you need to do is then send the cheque to our postal address. A banker’s draft/cheque has a reduction of risk in comparison from normal cheques. Please make cheques payable to ‘Mani Zone Ltd’. Please do not send us a cheque from your personal cheque book, this will not be accepted as payment.

3) VISA Credit Card / Mastercard Credit Card

For added convenience, Mani Zone has introduced direct, quick and easy payment facilities to suit your requirements. You can now make payments directly to us with your Credit Card and Debit Card, without the requirement to register with other companies in order to purchase from us.

This service is free to yourself and you can be assured that no third party involvement exists to hold access to the information you provide during the use of this facility.

To ensure correct card holder identity and validation of credit / debit card use, we use the Protx Payment Gateway to carry out extensive security checks on our website with the card holder at the time of payment.

Our direct payment system runs through a business merchant account. It is only businesses which possess strong banking relations whom are approved to offer such a service. Mani Zone assures that Protx is renowned for being one of the best industry leaders in providing and implementing the highest securities through such payment methods.

We have opted out in withholding customers’ credit and debit card details on our server. Therefore, once selecting to pay via this method, you will be redirected to a Protx Secure Encrypted server to process your transaction securely. This way makes certain that we do not hold your credit card details on file or on any of our servers.

Currently, we accept the following for payment methods only.

Mani Zone intends to add further forms of payment in time.

In order to register and verify your Visa card or MasterCard, you will be redirected to a Visa or MasterCard Secure Site. At this point you will be asked a series of authentication questions, only known by the issued card holder. Once Visa or MasterCard has confirmed and verified the information given, you will instantly receive a 4 digit Pin Number which will allow you to continue and process your order.

The security checks, ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ have been developed by Visa and MasterCard as an authenticated payment facility to improve online transaction security and to help encourage the growth of e-commerce. Visa and MasterCard intend to move toward guaranteed payments for merchants and to provide them a safer online commerce experience for Cardholders, by creating a virtual signature in form of a password chosen when you sign up.

By exchanging digital certificates (electronic identifications), Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode manages to authenticate both the card holder and the card issuer. This assures the cardholder that he is dealing with if the registered cardholder. This enables both parties the confidence to proceed and create a digitally signed record of the transaction carried out on our website, which can be verified afterwards.

4) ICICI Bank Transfer

This facility is for our customers in India, you are able to make a payment / transfer funds from your bank account to our account using the instructions given on the ICICI Bank page link provided: http://www.icicibank.com/pfsuser/icicibank/ibank-nri/nrinewversion/outward_remittance_residence.htm

5) Moneybookers.com

- At checkout, select the payment method as “Moneybookers”. This will reserve your item under your customer account and calculate the total cost of the order.

- Sign into your Moneybookers account, where you can direct the payment for your order to us, using our email address. Please contact us, for more help and more details.

- You must email us to advise you have sent your payment. Payment must be made within 7 days of making your order. Email us to let us know payment has been made so we can anticipate and verify we have received it in our account. Failure to meet this time limit will result in your order being cancelled and your item will no longer be reserved for you.

- Your order is on hold and will be processed once your full payment is approved and confirmed.

6) Moneygram International

- At checkout, select the payment method as “Moneygram”. This will reserve your item under your customer account and calculate the total cost of the order.

- Email us, to let us know you are sending your payment via Moneygram and we will give you the details you require to send a successful payment.

- Sign into your Moneygram account, where you can send the payment for your order to us. Be sure to send us the full order total; any charges for sending this transfer must be covered by you. You will be given a Reference Number to pass to us. Please keep this safe, since we are unable to receive funds without this number.

- You must email us to advise you have sent your payment and advise us of the unique Reference Number. Payment must be made within 7 days of making your order. Email us to let us know payment has been made so we can anticipate and verify we have received it in our account. Failure to meet this time limit will result in your order being cancelled and your item will no longer be reserved for you.

- Your order is on hold and will be processed once your full payment is approved and confirmed.

7) Western Union

- At checkout, select the payment method as “Western Union”. This will reserve your item under your customer account and calculate the total cost of the order.

- Email us, to let us know you are sending your payment via Western Union and we will give you the details you require to send a successful payment.

- Sign into your Western Union account, where you can send the payment for your order to us. Be sure to send us the full order total; any charges for sending this transfer must be covered by you. You will be given a unique Money Transfer Control Number to pass to us. Please keep this safe, since we are unable to receive funds without this number.

- You must email us to advise you have sent your payment and advise us of your unique Money Transfer Control Number & Name as registered on Western Union. Payment must be made within 7 days of making your order. Email us to let us know payment has been made so we can anticipate and verify we have received it in our account. Failure to meet this time limit will result in your order being cancelled and your item will no longer be reserved for you.

- Your order is on hold and will be processed once your full payment is approved and confirmed.
